Hermes Drop Off problem
Booked an international parcel in the normal way and took it along to my usual shop. They were unable to enter it in the system and were getting the message not eligible for drop off. Went home to check that I had bought the right service (with drop off), I had , so tried again as perhaps an error at the shop. But same story. Decided to cancel the order and re-purchase post in case there was a one off glitch with bar code but same result.
Never had this before and can’t find anyway of contacting Hermes at all from the web site, no chat facility or phone numbers. Has anyone else had this experience and were you able to sort it out?

Customer services number is 0330 333 6556 - you may have to wait a while, but they’re normally quite helpful.

This happened to me last Saturday morning with a parcel going to France and one to Scotland
There was a problem with the shop terminals around the country this took a day and a half to clear
and then worked as normal
