FBA Pallet Labelling - help for a Newbie!

Hi there, can anyone help?

I’m new to Amazon - I need to generate the FBA pallet labels to send over to the freight forwarder which I am unable to find. How do I do this please?

Thanks
Dave (Smaks)

The Pallet labels are generated when you create the shipping plan , Under the Prepare Shipment plan > Work on Shipment > Less than a truckload > Enter the correct box / Unit quantity then click Print Pallet labels , this generates the pallet label PDF (4 per A4 Labels required) This you send to the Pallet forwarder.

It is important to also copy and paste all of the main shipping detail, ensuring you wait for the Amazon REF ID which takes 10-20mins to show on the shipping plan AFTER you click Mark as shipped

Also make sure you provide a total weight the pallet will be an additional 25Kg of this weight, without the Amazon REF ID or correct pallet weight Amazon will not reimburse you for any loss.

The pallet can be black wrapped and should have a FBA pallet label on all four sides.

Regarding cartons rather than pallets - We have been selling for over 6 years and always used plastic banding on cartons. We received a warning on one delivery a few weeks ago as they do not allow banding, the first and only in 6 years.

I agree with your point of view @PCBuyIT , Do whats right for your business (as long as its not too far outside of the rules), but if Amazon contact you to say its an issue then you may have to change procedure. Make hay while the sun shines.
