Account Deactivated
After selling for 2 weeks my account has been deactivated due to apparent counterfeit goods. I don’t understand why they don’t just deactivate the 3 listings instead of the account. Out of all my products only 3 have came under scrutiny. I have provided with suppliers invoice and now to sit back and watch the account to become reactivated. What they don’t understand is the loss of earnings in the meantime. They need to review their own policy.

They do understand, they just don’t especially care. It’s not that the 3 listings have raised suspicion - with new sellers they have started picking 3 listings at random to make sure things are in order.

Hi if you meet all the required info with your invoices and have done your research prior everything should go through quick enough and fine, they just need to show they are paying due-diligence and doing the required checks.
It is standard practice especially for new sellers, the only people who seem to run into issues are people who have not done their research and bought from overseas other than that things seem to go through promptly.

Maybe they are, have you checked the supplier?
If its from Alibaba or similar it won’t be accepted.
It may take time, sometimes weeks to get reinstated. If Amazon find the goods are counterfeit they will freeze the account and any money held in it won’t be transferred to you, ever. Best double double check your supplier to ensure they are genuine.
