I am launching a complain with financial ombudsman to get my funds back from amazon. can someone please confirm if below address is correct amazon uk address for financial ombudsman purpose.
I try to send message to amazon UK, but i get the same template message back every time.

Some options to consider:
- FOS only deal with issues related to ‘financial products’. Talk to them before you raise a complaint because you may not be allowed.
- Consider a claim in a small claims court: https://www.gov.uk/make-court-claim-for-money/court-fees
- Mediation - give it a shot if the feedback you receive from Amazon is ambiguous etc.
- ‘Specialist’ online Amazon lawyers - be careful. Having spoken to a few in the past, they can be hit and miss and the outcome will largely depend on the nature of your issue.
