Disappearing Prime badge and two weeks UK delivery time
Hi all
I’ve been going back and forth with Amazon support for several days now and I’m not getting a clear answer. I’ve had multiple conflicting responses but still no resolution or explanation.
The issue is with my FBA product . I have plenty of inventory available in FBA, not on transfer or reserved, and I’m about to send in another 200 units. Despite this the listing is missing the Prime badge and is showing long delivery times to customers, several days later than usual.
This is already causing problems as I’ve had cancellations from customers who clearly don’t want to wait that long.
I’ve checked everything on my end and the product has previously shown as Prime before. There are no hazmat flags or product issues I can see but Amazon support hasn’t been able to explain why it’s happening or how to fix it.
Has anyone experienced this before or know what could be causing it?

I take it this has never before happened to you or your FBA items, right? Reports have been coming in since 2 weeks ago, issue arising obviously before that. It’s an Amazon-side issue that, to date, they have not provided answers on and have not been more proactively telling Seller Support to identify and direct to the relevant escalation team. (So much time wasted that serves noone.)
The DSA2 fulfilment centre is evidently at the centre of it.
