Keeps asking for OTP - a problem with multiple devices
We have multiple people and devices logging into the Amazon account every day, and despite clicking the ‘don’t require this again’ box for the OTP, it just keeps happening. Only one phone number can be registered (plus a backup), but this is still a problem if the person with that phone is working remotely or not in that day.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem, even after ticking the ‘don’t ask again’ box many times?
Any advice for making the process easier while keeping good security?

Are you clearing the cache/cookie data on the browser you are using? Are they logged into an account on their browser?
Only times I’ve had to re-enter the OTP is after clearing the browser or having to re-enter the password for my browser account.

I take it you are all trying to log into the same account?
Each person logging in should have their own account and therefore their own OTP device. I can only see this being an issue if you are sharing an account between multiple individuals which would be against Amazon’s Ts&Cs.
