FBA UPS Labels?

Hello there,
When sending in inventory to FAB you purchase a UPS label to put on the box, the label is in a A4 with half UPS label and other half Amazons own barcode scan in consignment label.

We want to use Zebra 6x4 printer to print both,

Problem is I can reduce the A4 to print the Amazon consignment label but i cannot print the UPS one.
Does anyone understand what I am talking about, I can of course clip the UPS label from the A4 and paste and print somewhere else but the image printed is very very poor in visual quality.

There must be something obvious I am missing here, have tried several times with custom margins and explored settings with no luck.

I use full A4 labels for the UPS ones. I don’t think you’d be able to reduce it to two 4x6 labels whilst keeping the quality required, but you could try by opening the PDF in Adobe reader (or similar) > Print > Poster > Tile 67% (or lower if needed), Overlap 0

Hi you can’t change the size you can screen shot an amend but making it small enough for zebra from size it is now may make barcode unreadable.

Thanks for the help, I tried Adobe and at or around 67% i could get it to print good and clear and the barcode was readable from my phone scanner, except the label is smaller than normal, I would hate my parcel to AWOL because of a silly label, guess I will just purchase A4 labels and print from laser.

Kind regards

we tried very hard on the Zebra 6X4 with reduction etc and it did not work… We even gave the same to the UPS guy to try and Nop.

we got a laser that can do the full sheet labels which is ok as that is relatively cheap for us since it is a stock item. However at times, you need a backup that we have to call on a few times. As we got fed up with printing the FNSKU labels on a sheet and not able to utilise in full every time. We got a Brother LQ1100w and that is working really well; able to do C&D label, FNSKU label, UPS label and our own product labels. Thanks to Retro who introduce the printer to us.

WE now got a GK420D and a QL1100W plus a laser, that should cover any emergencies… and if you are going to get a A4 printer for UPS labels, make sure it is a laser and not inkjet as everything will melt IF it gets wet…
