Unable to Request Approval

My account is currently suspended (different issue, new seller, Amazon being slow when they’ve told me apparently it’s reactivated two days ago), so that may be the cause of this… but I need to request approval as I’m going to be selling a new product I produce myself. It’s in the Grocery section, so I understand the need fot approval for labelling, etc, so I click on the Request Approval button and it just takes me to the information page on how to request approval. Which tells me to press the button. I’ve looked through ALL the Grocery pages - my EANs are fine, my labelling goes through Trading Standards every time there’s a new product to ensure I comply with any new legislation… I’ve been trading for several years, just moving onto Amazon now.

Am I missing something? Is the big button not the one I’m supposed to press? How do I log a new product??
