Our seller account was suspended few days ago as we get a few policy warnings for infringement but we were buying those items from local wholesalers and we didnt know if they didnt have the rights to resell or what was the issue.we sent appeal to amazon and they asked for greater details and we sent appeal again with greater details and invoices.please read below appeal and suggest if there is anything we are missing and they are taking so long to respond

Amazon suspended our seller account due to a couple policy warnings of intellectual property rights infringement. We believe that we were buying genuine legitimate goods with same brand names for which we received complaints from right owners from suppliers listed above.As these suppliers are large distributors and sell hundreds of different brands under one roof.As we have been unable to verify the supplier’s rights to sell these products or authenticity if they genuine or not so they may be selling us inauthentic/counterfeit goods to us without our knowledge or it may have done in error as the rights owners were unaware that the suppliers are reselling them to us and it seems like the later case as rights owners have withdrawn their complaints.

Greater detail on the root cause(s) of the infringement:

We received couple of complaints from right owners for violating their intellectual property rights for counterfeit products.Our suppliers are the registered wholesale distributors of various branded products all over the UK. The main cause of problem i.e infringement comes up for ASINs:B076HLWJL7, B00KSBXSXC, B06X93SR94 and B07QRXCJ2P. As mentioned above we have suppliers who have numerous brands under one roof and we have supplied the invoices already with the products and mentioned the ASINs above.We are attaching those invoices again.As we have not been able to verify the supplier’s rights to sell the these products to us so we can only assume that the products we were sold may have been counterfeit or the supplier having no rights to resell them. but most probably later case as rights owners have realised that it was done in error and withdrawn their complaints. We have stopped buying from these suppliers now just to be safe for next time.

Greater detail on the actions you have taken to resolve Trademark issues:

Below are the actions we have taken to resolve trademark issues.
1-We have deleted the problem Asins B076HLWJL7, B00KSBXSXC, B06X93SR94 and B07QRXCJ2P and any others we were suspicious about from our inventory.
2-We have downloaded our inventory file and reviewing it for any such other products which may create any problems or issues and will delete those.we will filter all inventory file and then delete inventory and upload new inventory file.
3-We have contacted the rights owners and explained the situation and they have emailed amazon to withdraw complaints, they have forwarded us the emails they have sent to amazon for retraction
4- However, those all products were purchased from registered distributor (can be shown via invoices we have attached) in United Kingdom but we have stopped buying from those suppliers.
5-We have opened accounts with huge brands and suppliers like bonningtons, Keter, Rowlinson, Gardman etc so we can only sell genuine goods supplied by these big names directly.
5-We had a registered trademark Abaseen with trademark number UK00003247881 but it was only registered in class 27 in carpets,mats etc.now we have made an application to IPO UK for registering under trademark UK00003396993 for all other items we are selling on amazon.We are now only going to sell only products now which are manufactured, trademarked under our brand name, labelled and dispatch by us
6-We have already contacted our customers via phone who purchased those ASINs in past and enquire about any problem they have faced regarding the product and ensure them to resolve any problem and the some customers we “refunded” them already to just close the transaction which are below

Greater detail on the steps you have taken to prevent infringement going forward:

1-We will only buy from reputable huge distributors and have stopped buying from those suppliers.
2-We will mostly sell our own branded goods or only those ones which are from reputable suppliers and we are sure about the product authenticity and rights to resell those
3-We have already opened accounts and we will now only buy direct from the brand owners and companies rather than local suppliers so we are 100% sure that the items we are selling are supplied by original rights owners and are genuine
4-We will further squeeze our suppliers and investigate and make sure that the products they are selling us are genuine and they are authorised to sell them to us by rights owners.
5-When listing a product for sale we will make sure that we are listing it under correct product detail page which should exactly match brand, upc, ean etc.if there is no product detail page present for our product we will create new product detail page instead of listing it under wrong brand.
6-The buying department has been strictly advised to purchase the stuff after double checking the past history of the supplier over online platforms or in retail stores. Moreover, we have registered a brand name over government website i.e. www.ipo.gov.uk, and also import the products which comes under our own brand name. We have now only planned to sell the products which comes under our brand name, listing page will be created by us, and product images will be taken by our team. In such way, we can easily mitigate the authenticity complaints in future. Such action will not only lessen down the complaints but also improve the customers buying experience, because maximum information can be supplied when you create your own product listing page
7-Lastly, we have now stopped.doing the sell yours option over Amazon to mitigate the complaints
All the above steps will mitigate the risks of future complaints, but if GOD forbid we receive any complaint we rectify it with in 24hrs by either issuing customer refund or sending them correct replacement whatever customer opt for.
Sourcing: 100% products will now be either imported by our self from various parts of the world or sourced via reliable suppliers in UK i.e. Bonnington Plastics, JVL and Sabichi. We have already implemented the policy to source only from those suppliers who fulfilled all the standards of certain product and only purchase products which have proper required certifications for that specific product.

Listing: In past, we use sell yours feature of Amazon which raised the product not as advertised issues but now we ensure to list and provide maximum details to our customers to mitigate the queries and complaints. We upload good quality pictures to our listings which shows clear product to our customers by minimum 4 angles.
Packaging: All our products which are not imported by us and sourced by any supplier are in the retail packaging provided by the manufacturer and also we use 5ply brown box with fragile tapping before dispatching it to customers to avoid any transit damage. We believe in " Double, the better". Furthermore, the products imported by us are properly packed in 7 ply cardboard box and Fragile tapping before shipping.

Shipping: Before shipping the product we now have ensured 3 point check system before the product leave the dispatch bay.
a. Are we shipping correct product?
b. Is product properly secured to avoid any transit damage?
c. Does the packed product has “Fragile” tapping on it? No matter what the product is. (This is only for courier so they should deliver the product with extra care)

Greater detail on why you believe an error has occurred:

As we have mentioned above in the root cause that we were buying from wholesale distributors who are selling a number of branded products under one roof and we couldnt verify if they were selling those genuine or secondly the products must have been genuine but the rights owners were unaware that those suppliers were selling them to us thats why they might have sent us policy warnings in error.because they have also now withdrawn their complaints.

I hereby request Amazon to please consider plan so I can continue doing business by following all Amazon policies and provide products to our mutual customers…Our order defect rate is very low and account in goos standing please reinstate our account.
