How to solve this issue... omg.. Singularity....

I just received the email from amazon regarding mismatched business name in BZSt and in amazon system

Indeed In 2023, we had applied VAT under the name of our Korea HQ with Singularity, assigned by Amazon. But, it took too long time, almost more than an year, therefore we decided to set up EU HQ in France instead of achieving VAT in each EU countries. The problem is that it seems the previously applied VAT under Korea HQ is not deleted but remained (although Singularity got disappeared and cannot contact them anymore! and we don't even know what's our VAT under Korea HQ) So we assumed that our merchant ID was registered under Korean HQ during the process in BZSt. (We are asking to Amazon but did not get clear answer yet....)

Now we have to update company name and address in that merchant ID in BZSt, but I really don't know how to solve this issue....

We do not use the VAT under Korean HQ anymore (and we have never used!)

Anyone can help this.....?

It's really big issue for us...

It's seem that you have registered two selling accounts which is BZSt and Korean HQ.

Could you also provide some insight into the issue and is there any enforcement action on your account? This information will help the community offer more relevant suggestions and support.
