My account is active and selling for 7 months. Last week I updated my business address due to a change. This change triggered my primary contact details check. Now Amazon is requesting a utility bill for my primary contact residential address.
But as default it shows USA address. I live in another country and my residential address is in that country.. I will upload the requested document but I can't change the country, I can’t edit it. It says "Something went wrong, please try again later".
I know it’s a technical error and can be solved. I am contacting with seller support, and opening cases. They say that they escalated the case to related department and they will inform me as soon as they receive a reply. Its been a week but there is no reply.
Can you please help me how can I edit the Primary Contact residential address?
