The variation theme has been changed
The variant theme was changed from COLOR to COLOR-SIZE. the seller support did not tell me why. Nor did it tell me how to restore it. Since this is happening to multiple variants, it would be a “big job” to split them all up and merge them again
To clarify: I can’t change the size name of the item, even though it’s an item I created!

Can you post the ASIN so that we can take a look at it and see if we can figure anything out?

It is because you have two different sizes against your ASIN’s. Some are one size and some are the other size.
The two sizes are
6 3/4-7 3/8
6 5/8-7 3/8
For it to be a truly colour only variation all sizes need to be the same. I am assuming the sizes are the hat size in inches?
If you can correct the sizes so they are all the same then it will probably just correct itself to being a colour only variation.
At the moment I think the way it is working is correct though. Although the sizes probably mean nothing to an actual customer.
