Engage with Amazon: Does your business give back to your local community? Share your story!

We have an Engage With Amazon thread live in the forums now. I encourage everyone to jump over to the thread linked below and share your stories for a chance to be featured on the Sell on Amazon social media accounts.

Does your business give back to your local community? Share your stories in this thread.

What's Engage with Amazon? I like to think of it as a section of the forums where we can connect and collaborate together as a community. Everyone is welcome to chime into the discussion and share their unique perspectives. There's really no pressure here, just a fun way to engage with each other. We are looking forward to connecting with you all!

As a kid my family taught us to do volunteer work and give back. I've worked with different groups. I've done singing, worked steam tables at volunteer functions with food, and taken admissions handling cash for shows.

I've been involved with animal rescue groups for 25 yrs. I needed the consent and help of my family to do this. I've done fostering, a few pickups, education days, final home for unadoptable animals, fundraising, donating to raffles, and even using them as my payroll deduction for donations.

For personal reasons, we can no longer do most of this. I do admin work for a rescue group now We donate 5% of gross sales and sales products for raffles.

I have a portion of my life insurance donated to a rescue group.
