Amazon not fulfilling my FBA orders.

So I have a listing for 1 SKU with a sales rank of 3700 so these things are flying off the shelf. I made this listing as an FBA listing. It was never set to FBM ever. The orders I'm receiving are telling me they are seller fulfilled orders?! How can this be? It is an FBA listing to be fulfilled by Amazon. I do not have these products physically on me, because I sent them to Amazon last week. How am I supposed to fulfill these orders?

Thanks for any help!

1. check your inventory.. if the item is listed as FBM with inventory, ZERO the quantity to avoid further problems.

2. What the FBA shows??any inventory in stock, reserve, etc.

3. Do you use any third party app to help with inventory/orders?

Had this happen to me this week. One SKU was always FBA. Item was returned and they put it as FBM even though they showed returned to inventory. Item sold and said need to ship. I never had inventory on hand was FBA. Had to cancel order and now account dinged. Item is now lost and no one knows where it is.

well change it from FBM to FBA ! ,,,,happened to me a few times too ....glitch I guess or database error their end ps you can fulfil the orders using your Prime account maybe if only one or two (maybe notify Amazon doing that)

For the FBM orders you can create an Amazon fulfillment order from your FBA stock; drop down menu on the right hand side. Just enter the address and how you want order to go (blank boxes, Amazon logistics, ...( and then cut and paste the tracking once Amazon ships.

This happened to us a few times where we accidentally listed a product twice (FBA and FBM); we have used Amazon Fulfillment orders dozens of times to complete the order.

Just one comment...have few more, but you really have to learn more about FBA and FBM.

A seller can't set FBA inventory to 0 if he has inventory in FBA.

You've stuck with MCF. Unfortunately, the fees are high. Your margins will shrink, but you'll preserve your rating.

Just get them out.

Sounds like a Stranded SKU Issue.

Happened to me once, select the SKU > Edit > Change to Fulfilled by Amazon > it will take you to the next screen just click List as FBA.

It should fix the issue you are having.
