I have been targeted recently by scammers, ordering from a random name and address and putting other addresses for delivery.
After delivery confirmation with a photo, they go through AZ guarantee and claim nothing was delivered with the same excuse I was out of town and cannot find it I want a refund, Amazon investigated and awarded the rebate with the excuse it was delivered but this will not affect my defect rate!
I appeal, they have all been upheld and in favour of the scammers, I have reported accounts through buyer messages, other than that, I do not know what else to do.
It is not a nice feeling and affects my business, any other advice or tips?
