Account identity verification

Hello there. I need some help please, i got my Dubai market place deactivated because the amazon team needed a proof of address, i provide all the documents the team asks, the team told me after that they need to setup an interview with me or i can take a photo of myself with my goverment ID so they can verify my identity. The Dubai team was very clear to complete this verification task on the United States marketplace (note i never register on this marketplace because i have 0 interest to sell on this marketplace) however i needed to follow the request so i did it. The team sent me a link to complete this verification task, i enter on the United States marketplace and complete the verification (took a photo of myself with my goverment ID) 2 days after my Dubai marketplace was reactivated and everything was good, however my United States account got deactivated while i was doing the verification task because the Dubai marketplace was also deactivated on that time. So now i got another account deactivated (United States) and i can´t resolve this problem, the United States team sent me an email to also complete a identity verification , an interview or take a photo of myself with my ID, however the link they sent me when i enter it shows this message:

"We have completed our review of your document and information.

We are conducting further checks on the document and information you provided during registration and we may contact you by email for further clarification within two business days."

I can´t complete the verification, this message was there since i did the Dubai verification, and this message never leave it, so now when i follow the link that the United States team sent me i can´t do nothing.

Please some mod help me, i fix my Dubai situation and now i have another deactivated account, its been very stressfull weeks and i can´t complete the identity verification, please look at my case and help me, i just want to complete the request so my account can be reactivate again so i can close it, i have 0 interest selling on this marketplace.

Why close it?

Remove your credit card and bank account from the marketplace and walk away.

I do recommend downgrading to the individual accounts so that Amazon will not try to charge the professional fee to your account. If you ever wish to restart on this marketplace you do not need another bill waiting to be paid before you can begin.

I have taken a look into your account and it does look like you recently received an important notification on June 27th which provides a link for you to utilize in order to access this video verification interview.
