I have lost my authenticator app
Greeting every one, I have lost my phone due to which I have lost my authenticator app and now i am unable to access to my primary email for amazon account I have called multiple times to amazon and I have email several times but still my problem is not solved by the amazon seller support team. When ever I call them from my child access they told me to call us from the primary email so If I have dont access to the email so what should I do. I have submitted my national ID card several times in the two step recovery but still my problem is not solved......

post. Obviously they will never allow anyone without confirmation of email that it is you. It is a security and privacy breach of an account to allow access anyone without proper documentation. Whenever you call Amazon representative they always ask for email to confirm the owner of the account. Didn't you link your phone number any other email for recovery? Without email it is quite not possible. Try to recover the email
