Customer Rating Error
Good Morning everyone,
The issue is that a customer has left a positive review of our product with only 1 star which I imagine is a genuine mistake. We’re not trying to get anything edited which is a genuine negative review. We’re just wondering how we go about raising the issue with Amazon officially to ensure reviews from customers are how they intended them to be.

As far as I’m aware there is nothing you can do here I’m afraid.
Clearly, it’s a positive review, but the customer has selected a 1 star rating by mistake.
You can’t even follow up to reviews left now, why does Amazon think this was a good idea…who knows???
Wouldn’t it also be nice to be able to contact the customer direct on the back of a bad review, in this instance, you have the opportunity to work with the customer and resolve any type of issues relating to the order, and don’t even get me started on anonymous 1 star ratings!

If you own a brand then you may be able to contact the buyer using the new tool. I haven’t fully read it so it may not apply, but a quick glance shows it may be applicable.
