Problem with Seller Account
Hello. I'm a new seller. I provided all the documents. I have no problems with identification. But the function of adding products or new listing does not work. I contacted support a few days ago, but the problem is not resolved. The message says it's for 90 minutes, but it's not. The function doesn't work at all:
"Problem with your Seller Account
Hello from Amazon. We're working on setting up your account and aren't ready to accept your new listings yet. Please try to add your products again in 90 minutes."

I had a chance to peek into your account really quick and see that you do have active listings up and available for sale on Amazon.com. I think you should be all set here, but please do let me know if that is not the case.
