Problems with withdrawal to Payoneer

Hi all!

I have added the ability to pay to Payoneer inside Amazon Wallet.

Amazon reviewed it and approved it, but when I try to withdraw funds, Amazon simply gives an error. Payoneer account for more than 3 years, more than 3+ years active. What is the problem? Help me please. I am attaching a screenshot of the error.

Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on the frustration that this has caused. I will not have much insight into Payoneer as they are a third party vendor. You should be able to view and contact Payoneer via their platform.

I would also suggest opening a seller support case and sharing the case ID in this thread as well.
