Can you still escalate issues via email to Mr. Jeff Bezos?

Dear Fellow Amazon UK Sellers,

Has anyone contacted Mr. Jeff Bezos recently to resolve issues? We are considering escalating an issue to Mr. Bezos, but wondering if he’s still reading Amazon emails now that he has retired.

We previously escalated the same issue to the Managing Director at Amazon UK. Both times we received emails saying that his team will contact us. But sadly, nobody ever contacted us. The issue is still outstanding after almost 4 months now.
