Physical Address Verification Failed

I was requested to verify my identity information recently by providing proof of residential address. I provided proof in the form of an Internet bill. I was then Emailed by the verification team that I cannot have a PO Box as my physical address, and that I needed to reply to their email with my actual physical address and provide proof.

So I got my internet service provider to show my physical address on the invoice and not my postal address. After I responded to back to Amazons email with the new information my account was deactivated. I see now there might be a chance Amazon might think I changed the document even though I didn’t.

Please help if someone has an answer, its stressful? I’ve been a seller in the UK for just over a year. I keep getting the same reply from Amazon “We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not open a selling on Amazon account.”

What do you mean by this? Did you alter the document yourself?

As said previously, the only option seems to be to get Amazon to re-enable the option for you to change your address on the account so that you can provide a matching bill.

I am struggling to understand why an ISP would put a PO box on a bill, surely they should send all bills to the address they are providing a service to?

They are also associated with scamming, so I understand why Amazon will not accept them as a rule.
