I tried to do this today and couldnt find RM either. I bought the label independently in the end and uploaded the tracking number myself.

Do you have a business account with Royal Mail?

As far as I know, you need a Royal Mail Online Business Account (OBA) to purchase Royal Mail 24/48 labels via Shipping.

If you do have one, have you linked your RM account with Amazon?

If all above is yes, then I am at a loss although do check your shipping preferences here in case you have disabled Royal Mail.

    Hi Thelongwayround_Jew1,

Can you usually buy RM 24 or 48 through buy Amazon Shipping?

    I can't as I don;t have a linked RM Account

If you usually can, as Stillhere implies, it may be a temporary fault.

    All Best
