Grocery and Gourmet Approval Issue

We are the UK importer and distributor of a rum company in USA and we import the products from Amsterdam where the manufacturer has got an Europe distributor for all continent and ex-warehouse. We import into the UK from Amsterdam, pay all excise duties and VATs. We have also got all excise duty, VAT payment proofs.

Despite we have been approved for Beer, Wines & Spirits category and had a approval for the brand, our application for Grocery & Gourmet section is being has been rejected and we don't know the reason exactly. Our invoices is not from the manufacturer directly but their Europe distributor. What do you suggest to do on this case? A letter from manufacturer company maybe?

Just an idea that the products we are trying to sell were on Amazon France and USA marketplaces once with the same barcode numbers and they are not active anymore. It would be the reason of the issue?
