Where will I get notified for an account deactivation interview?
Hi. I’m having no luck securing an interview for reactivating my account.
I have filled in the form to request an interview several times, but I don’t get any feedback and not sure where I look on my account (menu > screen). In fact on one instance I received a message on the Performance Notifications menu on 21st Aug that an interviewed for the 22nd had been cancelled when I hadn’t even been notified about the 22nd inteview.
Does anyone know which screen I should check to see if an invite has been set?
… or even better what I can do to speed up reactivating an account (apparently I have not provided further information on my account)

As your account (forum) is 2 years old, is this a change of info , a standard kyc verification or an account violation deactivation ?
Check settings - account info - identity information to see what’s missing

My seller account is older than 2 years. On the 14/7, I received the following message below. I’m not concerned with needing to provide more info - happy to do that, but I cannot secure the interview in the first place… hence my initial question on where to look out for the interview invite
