Cancellation request - customer changed mind

buyer has requested a cancellation using the required ‘cancellation request’ subject, but then sent a follow up message saying the had changed mind and did not want to cancel. Can anyone tell me please, am i obliged to cancel the order or, can i just ignore the cancelation request and dispatch the order? Thanks in advance.

Yes if they’ve since asked for it to be sent still you can reject or ignore the cancellation

You are not obliged to cancel the order at any time, the choice is always yours.

Personally, if I hadn’t already dispatched it, and they asked to cancel I would cancel it for them, why wouldn’t you?
