Vine service is a scam-beware

Sellers beware, vine is a scam!
The “reviewers” are a bunch of people who don’t have to place any review but they receive FREE PRODUCTS.
When you are contacting AMAZON non existing customer care, they then let you know that the reviewer is not obliged to write any review and if he wants to he can wait unlimited time! It has been more than 6 months for me. Again, Amazon heads are full of S…
Just make sure not to sign to this service as this is yet another scam from Amazon

To be fair Amazon do say in their Vine help page that reviews aren’t guaranteed since the Viners (a better name then Vine Voices to me) are essentially volunteers. They can though be removed from the Vine program if they don’t consistently post reviews.

As far as i know Amazon offer buyers the opportunity to join Vine based on the quality and quantity of written reviews they have posted, so i couldn’t just register today to get a few free things.

I use vine and find it very helpful in a number of respects. It is frustrating that some don’t review. However, I’m very much in favour of vine.

Not perfect but definitely not a scam.

And of course they receive free products. That’s the point. They get free products, they write reviews. Some don’t bother and that’s life.
