Manage returns now on your Amazon Seller App
We have launched Manage Your Returns on Amazon Seller App for IOS/Android mobile users. You can update your return settings and queue, view return details, issue refunds without relying on a desktop or mobile web version of Seller Central. You can also search for a return request using the visual search camera only available on App if you prefer not to type the Order or RMA IDs.
Now, when you select the ‘Manage Returns’ tab on your Amazon Seller App, the returns list page will display your returned items, return reasons and buyer comments if applicable, as well as returns real-time stages and quick action buttons.
