Account under review over 10 days
Hello,
We have recently submited the required information for the verification, since we changed some business details.
We are validating your information
We may need to request details from you during this review, please check the Performance Notification section and respond to any requests related to your payments account.
It has been over 10 days as it says and we have not received any more information. Wrote two emails to the registration team and have had no responses, wrote two tickets in Amazon. On both they replied, that other team does the registration verifications.
Currently we have limited access to the selling platform and the time is thicking, so really worried that we will reach the 30 day mark and the account will get suspended.
Anyone else had such issue, where it took longer than it should and is there anything from our end we can do ?

it certainly can take longer. You’ve just got to wait unfortunately.

On the previous forum the mods confirmed that every new case/email enguiry you make then automatically sends you to the back of the queue

Same with us. We have been selling over 10 years on amazon - same account. Recently there were some changes with companies shares and we were asked to upload the lettor of autorisation - this has been done as requested but still awaiting reply from amazon. @Julia_Amznwould you be able to look into our case?
