Read onlyWe've been using the Shipping Setting Automation for a few years now for FBM orders but have noticed that the delivery times shown to customers are being wildly over-estimated when we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 option.
We've done some testing on one particular ASIN and swapped it over to Tracked 24 which then shows as delivery tomorrow. Switch the shipping for that ASIN back to Tracked 48 shipping on SSA and it shows the delivery time as next Wednesday (5 working days). Tracked 48 is a 2-3 day service (including Saturday), so it should be delivered Monday at the latest. I'm sure that by Amazon displaying these wildly inaccurate delivery estimates it's putting buyers off.
Has anyone else noticed this? Any thoughts @Spencer_Amazon?
Have you tried turning SSA off? I had SSA turned on some of my listings in December and they all started offering long delivery times, turning it off and setting the transit times corrected it.
