We have been selling products on Amazon since February. Customer reviews play a very important role in selling products on Amazon, so it is crucial to manage them well. However, the customer reviews in the feedback manager do not match the reviews on the Amazon product page.
I would like to know how to synchronize the customer reviews on the product page with those in the feedback manager.

Feedback manager is feedback given to the seller.
The product reviews are listed on the ASIN/product page.

You can't. That's not the way it works. Seller feedback is supposed to be only about the seller, but yes, often it's a customer leaving a product review.

Not sure what you mean by synchronize.
The two are quite different and have different rules about what sellers may / may not do.
You may not contact a buyer regarding product review.

There are appears to be some confusion regarding feedback vs product review. The feedback that is visible in the Feedback Manager is Seller feedback that comes directly from your orders, this is not visible in the detail pages for your products.
The customer product reviews are the ones that are visible in the detail pages.
Both are separate ratings and can't synchronize to your product pages. See the pages below for additional information:
