Hi all 
, I’ve had 2 returns recently
The buyer haven’t returned anything to me yet, I’m just wondering where the prepaid labels are so I can track them ?

Go to manage returns. Look at the return you are wanting to see the tracking, click the view more details link, the tracking number will be in there for either EVERI or RM. Just go to the relevant tracking web site and put the tracking number in.

The tracking also populates within the return details on amazon. if you click on the return label ID (it will be a blue underlined link under Postage label details, the return tracking updates will be presented)
For Royal Mail labels, if nothing has been done with it, the tracking will still state ‘Carrier picked up the package’ - you will see ‘Return or Replacement or Exchange Collection succeed’ once the customer has actually dropped the return off

It’s says label type address label ?
But amazon are saying both buyers have a prepaid label

Yeah I don’t think amazon give the buyers a prepaid label, as both my returns say,

So this is why I haven’t received anything yet, think the buyers are waiting for a return label

Both are hazmat return does that make them exempt?

2, accident order: think buyer pays return on that
I used evri, they haven’t been refunded yet I’ve got the control atm
