Bullet Points Error in Draft Listing
Hi, I am trying to create our first listing. I keep getting this red error message against the first bullet point; Bullet Point contains false/promotional claims or external links. Update content to comply with Product detail page policy before resubmitting. See guidelines https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/external/G200390640 99300.
It does not contain false/promotional claims or external links, I have followed the bulletpoint guidelines and edited all bullets and the product discription multiple times since mid december all in accordance with the guidlines. Everything results in the same error message, I don't know what i'm doing wrong.
Today I started a case with Amazon and have shared with them this infomation, but now the next step is to supply them the ASIN. I do not have an ASIN yet as this is my first product draft, no ASIN has been generated yet. So I am in limbo. Help!?

I am currently experiencing this issue with several of my already listed and active ASINs. I even tried entering a single word in the description or bullet point box to test it, and the problem persists, which suggests it is an issue on Amazon’s side. Each time I encounter an affected ASIN, I have to open a case and provide screenshots showing the error code. You could try the same with your listings to see if they are saving as drafts or showing the same problem.
