Why does Amazon automatically cut the sides of my image?
I have attached an image example with the original image and the image it appeared on Amazon. Why did Amazon cut the edges? How can I fix this?

The listing is showing 4 variations, and then under each variation, you can select the size.
This is what’s showing when you go to the catalog page in Seller Central.
The listing is search-suppressed.

TNX Medic, it was 4am here, I did not take the time to search for it.

Here is my analysis of the main image.
- Size 679 x 558 pixels, it should be a minimum of 1,500 x 1,500
- Your background is not pure white, you have “artifacts” (reflections) that are not allowed
- Your background is 254,255,255 even in the best locations it should be 255,255,255 RGB
- In other locations it is 252,253,255 - 205,197,195 RGB Drop Shadows are not allowed.
All of these issues on the main image will get the catalog page suppressed.
And yes, I think your image looks better (except the small size) with the reflections and drop shadows. The problem for you is Amazon does not.
Without the original file the “sides cut off” issue is hard to understand.
Full disclosure, doing this for over 35 years.
