A TO Z Claim percentage climbing from one transaction

A customer opened an A to Z claim against me, the transaction was refunded in full. The A to Z claim started with a percentage of 0.23% and has now steadily rose to 0.36%. An explanation or remedy would be greatly appreciated

The defect percentage is calculated from your total amount of orders confirmed as shipped during the current 60 days ODR range.

Your numbers will change day by day because the number of orders varies. If for example you had 10 orders 60 days ago but only 1 today then the 10 orders will disappear from your total orders and the 1 will be added. Your total orders for the last 60 days would now be 9 less than before.

Bit like Snakes and Ladders Amazon style.

If you only have 1 defect the percentage is irrelevant. I sell next to nothing this time of the year and currently have a defect rate of 25% (it was 33% last week). I also had this a few years ago and stressed the entire time. NOTHING happened then, and nothing is happening now!
