Hi,

I have uploaded images of my global listings through country specific images, for ASINs: B07N2KBDH3, B07N2GRRK1 and for Germany Region.

It shown uploaded on Upload status section, I am also attaching screenshot of it, and I updated it multiple times after few days interval in past. But even getting upload complete it is not reflecting on front end/ detail page.

Please help me to fix it

I have been trying to change images of some ASINS for weeks. With all these ASINS, I notice that these images were once uploaded country-specific. However after how many times I have tried, the changes do not come through on the product page and continue to show the old (country-specific) images. With all my other products that never involved country-specific images, the images do come through correctly. Does anyone have experience with this and can please tell me how to fix this? The seller support cannot help me further and sends me from one so-called "specialized team" to another without then coming up with the solution.

I’m reaching out regarding my product listing with ASIN: B0CFLF9R3D, which is currently being sold in Germany and the UK. I recently updated the listing with 9 new images. However, I’ve noticed that both the old and new images are now appearing on the product detail page, resulting in a total of 18 images being displayed.

My intention was to replace the old images with the new ones, not to have them combined. Could you please assist in resolving this issue so that only the newly uploaded 9 images are displayed on the product detail page?

I also launched a case with seller support team Case ID: 10126507152, But nothing fixed.
