Missing disbursment - Amazon refusing to provide faster payment ID

Hi I am having an issue where amazon says they have successfully dispersed the funds into my bank account however there has been no payment to my account.

This has been going on for over 5 weeks.

My bank are asking for a faster payment ID from Amazon, who are refusing to give me one.

I have also asked amazon to show me proof of the payment but they are not able to

Does anyone have any advise for me and how to escalate this with amazon?

The bank are saying the payment has not been recieved and the only way to track where it went or if it pinged back to amazon is by tracing a faster payment ID or if the payment was sent by BACS, neither of which amazon can tell me how the disbursments are sent.

Any help greatly appreciated

Have you had the chance to review your Payments – All settlements (disbursement) page?

You'll find the View summary and the Settlement group number there, along with details about whether the bank has acknowledged the payment and the date.

Hi,

Thanks for replying. It is saying that my bank have acknowledged according to amazon disbursement page, however the bank are saying they have not received on their end. The bank believe the disbursement has pinged back to amazon. The bank are asking for a faster payment ID, however amazon have only supplied me with a federal ACH trace ID and a settlement group number, neither of which the bank can track for a UK bank.

Do you know if amazon payments are sent via faster payment of BACS to UK bank accounts?

Regarding your inquiry about payments via Amazon Pay to sellers, unfortunately, we don't possess that specific information.

However, I've reached out to the partner team, and they've confirmed that the disbursement money has been returned to Amazon.

They'll be initiating the disbursement process again, and you can expect the funds to be back in your balance within the next 48 hours.

Thank you so much for getting back to me. That bank account is no longer active, so unfortunately the same would happen again. My bank account on file is my new one. Can you confirm if the payment will be sent to this one now?

I was wondering if you may be able to help me:

I used to be able to request disbursments daily but the last two have been different:

The penultimate one was only allowed two days after the previous one and the last one it's still not possible even after almost three days... It says I have no funds available even after this long and that the next scheduled payment will be on 21.04.2023 for an ammount of several thousands (and increasing with with each day's sales)...

Are you able to please check whether Amazon has changed something and if for example daily disbursments are no longer possible?... Otherwise why my disbursments are no longer daily as they have always been for years?...

I would really appreciate your help

The payment will be processed using the bank account details you had on your seller central account.

They have advised that the balance should reflect in your account within the next 48 hours 5 days ago. Could you kindly verify if you've received this payment?
