Emergency! Product and Food Safety Violations,Help!

At 05/22/2025, our product stopped selling by Amazon because of "Product and Food Safety Violations"

But we are so confused! We read the policy carefully and we determined that our product did not pose this risk nor was it on Amazon's banned products list. I filed a complaint document, sent the test report and product pictures. But the response was: at this time, we will not review any documentation for this product

We are now so desperate! please help!
