Amazon fee preview and shipping charge not showing

Shipping charges and amazon fee preview are not showing in my inventory page
For more than a 6 days
Amazon seller support is also not helping me
They don’t know how to solve this problem
If anyone can help me than please because no one is able to see my product due to this

Check to see if you’ve not hidden these columns.

When looking at Inventory, on the Right you will see something like “Preferences: 2 columns hidden”.

Click on that and you’re redirected to the options available for the inventory view, make sure the Fee Preview option is selected for it to show.

I doubt this would cause your items to not be shown to buyers though. This setting is just for your personal view on your inventory page.
