Weee and epr requirements ,

Can anyone please help because trying to get a straight answer from anyone connected to amazon is just not happening , so i sell branded electronic cables etc think major mobile phone brands and ive been asking germany and the uk about this for months now and just nothing . i do not produce or manufacture these items, yet my listings have been deactivated ?? now even though i do not make these items do i still need to register as they will have to offer the send back facility and i am not the first person to be selling on these listings ?? so can anyone guide me on what i need to do ?
