Hermes parcels delivery issues

Hi,

Could you shear your experience with Hermes.
I have started to dispatched with them at 12 of May and up today I have 1300 delivered and 386 parcels on different tracking statuses, but not delivered to my customers. I received hundreds mails. Contact with Hermes customer service - nothing positive.
They do not know where are my parcels. The big issue May 29 - Jun 01 was a problem, but before and after it we have many mistaken, missing and on my opinion stolen parcels.
I stopped to deliver with Hermes, but how to proceed with these parcels?
