I met all the requirements but lost the buy box

I met all of Amazon’s buy box eligibility criteria and had the buy box for 30 days until May 13th. by 8am my buy box was lost. And all the Italy sites lost buy boxes. Until today, almost 2 week has passed and my buy box is still missing.

I am pretty sure that I meet all the eligibility criteria for a buy box from Amazon:

Professional selling accounts

A good Account health and overall Performance metrics

Listings must have enough order volume

I request the officials to see this post of mine and help me to solve the serious problem of my missing buy box.
