Reassign Primary Account Manager
Hello,
I need to reassign the primary account manager to one of the secondary users as the primary account manager was created with a personal account and want to change it to the business email of the secondary user. Seller support have been unable to do this and I can't find a post where someone has been successful in reassigned the primary account manager.
Has anyone had success in doing this and if so how?

If you login with the primary account - you can go to the Settings cog in the top right on Desktop and click Login settings - you can change the email address associated with the account there - but it will send an OTP to the email you are changing to.
NOTE - I've never actually done this - but those look to be the steps as to what you need to do - you may want Seller Support to confirm those are the steps.

i've been trying to do the same - no luck with Seller Support. my primary email was set up with my college email, which I will not have access to.
