Outstanding Balance due to me from Amazon

Why can’t I get my outstanding balance from Amazon? Its been more than 2 years now that they have owed me money.
I have tried every way to get this small amount of £36.31 but to no avail.
Small claims court seems to be the only answer.

You will need to provide a little more information in order to get advice on this, when you stopped selling was your account in good health, active and free from inauthenticity claims ?
