Seller Central Account is inactive and I can't reactivate it
Hello, our account was disabled for inactivity. Our last login was a few months ago and we haven't sold anything yet. Upon Login we get the following error: "You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated." It prompts me to update the credit card information which I did, however, the account remains inactive. When I try to access Amazon support directly I get the same error message.
Would someone from the Amazon Seller Central Support team please help us?

I am also facing the same issue, it just goes in loop. Did you end up re-activating your account? Thanks!
