Request for FC-level physical investigation – large missing cartons
Hello,
I am requesting help from an Amazon moderator regarding shipment FBA15LD8KV4C.
The shipment was delivered to the Amazon fulfilment centre, but a large quantity of inventory has not been received correctly in the shipment record.
Summary:
* Shipment ID: FBA15LD8KV4C
* Missing quantity: 189 units
* Product type: large solar panel cartons
* Packaging: one carton equals one unit
* Recent case ID: 12664622932
We have provided multiple supporting documents through Seller Support, including:
* Commercial Invoice
* Packing List
* Proof of Delivery / POD
* Signed Packing Slip
* Delivery appointment record
* 5-pallet shipment information
* Truck loading photo
However, the cases have repeatedly been closed with the same template response, stating that Amazon could not confirm receipt of the expected quantities. The responses do not confirm whether any FC-level physical search was actually performed.
Because these are large solar panel cartons, not small items, we are asking for a physical investigation at the fulfilment centre level, including receiving dock records, problem-solve area, unplanned inventory, mis-received inventory, oversized storage, and exception areas.
Could an Amazon moderator please help escalate this to the relevant FC inbound / inventory investigation team and confirm whether a physical search has been performed?
If more detailed information is required, I can provide it privately or through the existing case.
Thank you.

Hello Christine, could you please help review this issue?
My previous cases have only received the same template responses, but the key request is whether an FC-level physical search has been performed for these large missing cartons.
I can provide any further details through the existing case if needed. Thank you.

Hello Roberto, sorry to bother you. Could you please help review whether this issue can be escalated to the relevant UK FC inbound / inventory investigation team? My cases have repeatedly received template responses, and the key question is whether a physical FC-level search has been performed for these large missing cartons. Thank you.

Hello @Seller_NBTD3f3jJBy7h,
I am Arish from Amazon Seller Forums. Thanks for reaching out here. I have reviewed Case ID 12664622932 and can confirm that the concerned team has conducted a thorough investigation in the background and provided an update on your case.
As communicated over the case, proof of delivery confirms that the carrier made a delivery at the fulfillment centre, but it is not confirmation that Amazon received the exact items and quantities stated in the shipping plan.
I advise you to get in touch with your carrier team to investigate this discrepancy at their end, as they may be able to provide further clarity on what occurred during transit and delivery.
Appreciate your understanding.
