Professional Negative Reviewer: Product unrelated comment (third time)
We have encountered a professional negative reviewer again, and this time it's even more outrageous. The buyer did not review our product (a tablet stand) but posted content completely unrelated to the product. Despite this obvious error, our appeal has not received a response. I suspect the comment-help team might be sleeping on the job
Who can find three plastic balls in the product???

I apologize that the review was somewhat negative. I'll also note that the team behind the community-help@ alias may not respond to all submissions due to privacy concerns. Reporting suspected abuse through the standard pathway is the best channel.
What about the review makes you suspect this is not valid? My reading of the review shared here is that the customer was not satisfied with the performance of the product as it potentially scraped their device, or made a scraping sound, chose to investigate further, then shared their thoughts as a Vine reviewer.
