HELP Nearly 10K Stuck in account level reserve!!

I have 100% of my funds in account level reserve, nearly 10k i have not had this sorted see the amount of case's i have opened, calls, emails etc this has put me into debt. being passed between account verification and account disembursement. the fault lies with account level reserve team, see case logs unanswered

My Bank Account is fully verified i have confirmation and ive asked that team and its not that thats holding it up it is directly account level reserves for no reason. account is healthy, i am below KYC there is no reason for it. its ruining my livelihood and i have no spare cash ive already had to take out a loan to get by.

i have also emailed these teams directly and still have got nowhere, not even a reply, the replies i get are not even related to what i am asking and refer to disemburstment rather than money stuck in account level reserve, a huge amount of money
