Hello Everyone,
We have been selling on amazon for last three years.
We received below notification on 8th of July.
Your Amazon seller account has been placed under temporary review. This review period will provide us time to confirm delivery of your recent seller-fulfilled orders. The review period should not exceed 30 days but we will inform you if additional time is required for your temporary review.
I am sure this is due our sales has doubled. Our sales is doubled purely starting two day prime and next day prime.
Our on time delivery rate is 95%.
There is around £290000 to be disbursed.
If this review goes on till 30 days, there will be over £500000 waiting to be disbursed.
Has anybody else gone through this process ? And does it take 30 days to review seller fulfilled orders?
We are in situation where we can increase sales but can not withdraw money for next 30 days due to increase sales.
Please share your experience and Can I request amazons staff to speed up process please?
We are in big cashflow issue now.
Many thanks

You cannot speed up a review. Just make sure you have provided Amazon with any info they might have asked for.

You may want to post on this thread and see if that seller has any updates as you have the exact same issue with a spike in sales causing a pause in disbursements for 30 days

Happened to us last sunday. I wonder whether amazon is being very strict and selecting accounts for reviews. Please don't hold out much hope! Amazon asked us for certificate of incorporation, bank statements, ebay feedback profile, supplier invoices, tracking info (we havent got that as all our items are sent using amazon buy shipping 2nd class small letter as they are small stickers) and pictures of physical buy shipping labels on envelopes. All has been rejected even though amazon asked for it and we provided. It is because a new product we started selling doubled our sales. They have asked for that ASIN number. However I dont believe they will remove the hold. Cashflow is now ruined. Tax man still needs paying, suppliers etc. This is our busiest time of year so we cant buy the materials to fund such a peak season. Amazon keep saying continue selling and continue fulfilling orders. How can you fulfill orders when they have cut off funds?

BTW it can be longer than 30 days if Amazon wants and if they aren't satisfied it clearly says they can suspend your account entirely! Sleepless nights galore at the moment when you've got to keep a roof over your families head. Been in business 26 years selling on ebay and NEVER experienced anything like this. Proper big brother stuff on amazons behalf. @Roberto_Amazon

Let me advice you, it happens to my US account 1 month ago, i submitted all i have on earth, but amazon rejected and asked to provide Letter of Authorization or Supplier invoice from my supplier to sell the item i listen, i thought it was a joke, Amazon suspended the US account because i was unable to provide it, they are unable to tracked 3 items i sent to customer using USPS and amazon tracking, saying the item are undelivered.
So the fund has been held till 180 days.
US Maketplace is completely deactivated.
Once you get on review process, That is the dead end.
What you need to do
1. Prepare Letter of Authorization or Supplier invoice if you have it.
2. Proof of Delivery items
3. Proof of Refund
4. Make sure all your item said delivered,
5. Put your account on holiday mode and continue shipping your item if you still have more money (lol) but it's not advisable.
Things to avoid, don't sell any items again put it on holiday mode.
If you sell above 20 items in 1 month, your account will trigger spike sale alert.
