Bought 100 units before i could think , from Alibaba

My Appeal got rejected because of following reason:

- Name and function of the signatory

We kindly ask you to use external resources in order to find the requirements for the EU Declaration of Conformity.

Supplier refusing to provide this box in English Language as packaging is in Chinese Language.

what to do now any solutions.?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to list my first product in Toys in the UK but I have a few questions about compliance.

1) Since I'm selling toys, I need a CE mark but my manufacturer can't provide me an EU Declaration of Conformity. I'm planning on finding a testing lab and creating a DoC myself. On the DoC, it needs the business name and address included. But I am an individual seller without a company, can I just use my own name and home address?

2) The DoC also requires the product's ID like the UPC barcode, but I'm going to apply for a GTIN exemption meaning my product won't have a UPC barcode. How else can I identify my product in the DoC? Can I just use a picture?
